Cap alerts

EE will let you know when you’re close to your Spend Cap and also once you’ve reached it. It’s not final either, as you can change, remove, add or set a cap at any time. This can be done by texting SPEND CAP to 150, through the My EE App or by calling 150 from your EE Phone.

Payments are required to be made by Direct Debit. In the event of a Direct Debit failure, or payment of the bill is not made, a non-payment fee of £5 will be charged to the account.
