iPhone 18 Pro<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Apple’s <\/a>live event on 9th September 2026 opened with the introduction of the new iPhone 18 Pro<\/a>. Building on the technology found in the iPhone 17 Pro <\/a>and iPhone 17 Pro Max,<\/a> Apple’s latest Pro model focuses heavily on photography, artificial intelligence, performance and everyday usability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the biggest additions, are an upgraded camera system, new photography tools, improvements to Siri and Apple Intelligence, and a more powerful processor designed to handle demanding tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

iPhone 18 Pro Design <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At first glance, the iPhone 18 Pro <\/a>retains much of the familiar design language introduced with the previous generation. Apple has, however, introduced a selection of new finishes and made further improvements to the phone’s construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new colour lineup includes Burgundy, Glacier, Silver and Black, giving the Pro range a fresh appearance while maintaining Apple’s premium aesthetic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The iPhone 18 Pro<\/a> features a 6.3-inch display, making it a practical size for everyday use, entertainment and productivity. Its construction combines a durable aluminium unibody with a Ceramic Shield back and the new Ceramic Shield 2 front. The latest front glass offers up to three times better scratch resistance than the Ceramic Shield used on the iPhone 16 Pro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apple has also redesigned the Dynamic Island, allowing users to view up to three Live Activities simultaneously. This makes it easier to keep track of multiple updates without constantly switching between apps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Photography is one of the main areas where the iPhone 18 Pro<\/a> receives a major upgrade. Apple has designed the new camera system with professional photographers, videographers and content creators in mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The headline addition is a variable aperture on the 48MP Fusion Main camera. This gives the camera greater control over how much light reaches the sensor, helping produce improved results in low-light conditions while maintaining greater detail across an image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
