It features a small pinhole cut out for the front-facing camera. The design is top-notch and made of quality materials which should ensure that it remains free from bumps and scrapes for some time. 

The screen is a fantastic Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen that runs with over 16M colours. The screen real-estate is huge with a massive 6.7 inches and this means that you have more than enough room for any task. The screen doesn’t support QHD though, it does support FHD+ quality though which means that images are clear and sharp for every activity. The display supports a 1080x2400 resolution with a pixel density of 394ppi. This means that no matter what activity you are undertaking, you will be able to see it clearly and easily. The display ratio is a great 20:9 which is perfect for watching media on. 

The rear of the phone takes some design notes from the iPhone 11 and features a triple camera lens design in a square raised housing. As with other Samsung phones, the sound quality on this phone is great. It is crisp and clear and means that listening to calls and audio is fantastic. The built-in speaker is great and makes hands-free calling a breeze, with call clarity being of high-quality meaning that you can have a great call with no distortion. If you are listening to music or other audio, then this is handled well as well. This means that you don’t necessarily need an external speaker or headphones when you are using this phone. There are several connection options available and this includes a 3.5 headphone jack, something that is sorely missing on several more recent phones. The camera set up on the Note 10 Lite is great. There are three lenses’ available and whilst they are not up to the standards on the standard Note 10, they are still great. There are a 12MP, f/1.7 (wide) lens, a 12MP, f/2.4 (telephoto) and a 12MP, f/2.2 (ultrawide) lens. These sit alongside an LED flash. The different lens’ mean that you get some great quality photos no matter what sort of photo you are taking. The software features mean that you can take some great bokeh style photos that look great on Instagram. You are also able to capture 4K video @ 30fps or 1080 video @ 60 fps. The front-facing selfie camera is 32MP affair which is actually a step up from the 10MP on the standard Note 10.

The performance hasn’t been skimped on. Inside the phone, you will find the 10nm Samsung Exynos 9810 chipset which was most recently seen on the Note 9 range. This is accompanied by a Mali-G72 MP18 GPU. These give you fantastic performance and speed, whether you are playing games or doing some work. The operating system is running the latest Android 10.0 and has the OneUI 2.0 sitting over the top. This means that you will see support for several years to come, and you also get access to the android ‘dark mode’. 

The battery life is promised to be an all-day affair with a huge 4500mAh non-removable battery. It is charged using a standard USB-C reversible connector and it supports the latest fast charging technology. Onboard storage is large with 128Gb available with either a 6Gb or 8Gb RAM option. There is also a MicroSD slot which is standard on most of the Samsung phones so that you can expand the on-board storage if you wish.
