- Screen is in perfect or near-perfect condition — no cracks, chips, or scratches visible under normal lighting.
- Body and frame are free from any dents, deep scratches, or discolouration
- All features fully functional — cameras, speakers, microphone, buttons, and charging port
- No signs of liquid or water damage
- No scratches, marks, or damage to the screen that affect display quality
- Battery Health at or above 80%
(if below 80% then a -£30 deduction will be applied to cover the cost of a replacement battery.)
Very Good
- Screen fully functional with no cracks or chips — very light surface scratches may be present but are not visible during normal use.
- Body may have light surface marks or minor scratches that do not affect use — no dents or structural damage
- All features fully functional — cameras, speakers, microphone, buttons, and charging port working correctly
- No signs of liquid or water damage
- Battery Health at or above 80%
(if below 80% then a -£30 deduction will be applied to
cover the cost of a replacement battery.)
Good
- Screen has visible scratches that are noticeable in use, but no cracks or chips affecting display.
- Body has visible scratches or scuffs — cosmetic damage only, no cracks or dents
- All core features functional — may have minor cosmetic marks around ports or buttons
- No signs of liquid or water damage
- Battery Health at or above 80%

Damaged
- We will inspect your device and provide a value based on the found faults.
- Screen cracked, chipped, or unresponsive in any area
- LCD faults, including but not limited to ghosting/burn-in, white spots or discoloration
- Body cracked, badly dented, or with structural damage
- Any feature not working correctly — camera, speaker, microphone, button, or charging port
- Evidence of liquid or water damage
- Phone will not power on
